Cleansing your skin is an essential step

*Evening skincare routine*

Cleansing your skin at night is a crucial step. Many people are wrong when they think that they only need to wash their face with a cleanser. This cleansing step requires 2 – 3 cleansing products to cleanse the face entirely. The first indispensable cleansing product in cleansing step is an oil makeup remover or an oil cleanser (which contains essential olive oil). Using this oil can deeply cleanse every pore, remove dirt and the makeup.

Remove dead skin with a facial mask

After removing makeup and cleansing your face with oil, continues to choose a cleansing gel. At this step, you can use a cleansing foam or gel depending on your skin condition. For normal skin, can choose a cleansing foam. Some people even use a water makeup remover before using cleansing foam.

After cleansing your face with the 2-3 products above. You need to remove dead skin cells twice a week with a natural facial mask which has both exfoliating and moisturizing effects. A suggestion for you is clay mask.

Using moisturizing serum

After washing the mask layer which was applied for 15 minutes. You can use a toner/ pure liquid (or another product that has the same effect as the toner) to tighten the pores, balance the pH level.

The next step is using a serum – is a liquid moisturizer, which contains nutrients that help nourish, provide moisture, fade redness, brighten skin…

Using a treatment moisturizer at night

Appling moisturizing cream also brings a significant effect on your skin like using a serum. Depend on the skin type to choose the right moisturizing cream, such as acne treatment cream, whitening cream or anti-aging cream. Then apply eye cream to the area around the eye to provide moisture, prevent dark circles and wrinkles.

Wait a minute for the skin to absorb the creams, many people even apply a sleeping mask as the last step. However, if your skin doesn’t have many problems, you can skip this step and go to sleep as soon as possible.

Using non-foaming cleanser in the morning

*Morning skin care routine*

After getting enough sleep and getting up early the next morning. The first thing you need to do is to wash your face with a non-foaming cleanser, especially, natural cleanser which helps provide moisture. Don’t use the foaming cleanser in the morning.

Continue to use a toner tighten pores and balances skin moisture. Then apply day lotion/ essence/ serum. If it’s a weekend morning or a free morning, you don’t have to go to work, let use a facial mask for 10 minutes.

Don’t forget to use day cream and sunscreen

The next step is to use your day cream. After the skin absorbed the day cream, don’t forget to use sunscreen even if your day cream already had a sunscreen effect.

You can also apply light and natural makeup with foundation cream, concealer, powder, lipstick, eyebrow… For some people, after following the above routines for a long time, and they already had the glass skin, they don’t even need makeup.
